These include aquatics, table tennis and access to the Senior Games-a type of senior olympics. For a year round, low impact workout, aquatic fitness is very popular. Staff also work with the Seniors/Senior Olympics program to help promote physical well-being, and healthy active lifestyles for adults aged 50 plus.
